Finished an abs+ cardio workout and a walk 🙃 wish I could say it was all smiles and rainbow but I was dead by the end of the workout 😶😶☠ now someone pls bring me some carbs 😛😛 or this mango smoothie bowl that I made this morning would be good too 😉😇👅🙌🏽 time to eat and read 💤💤💤

Shoulder day with some core work (not in the video) - everything is sped up 2x
- banded front raises to side raises 2x10 for each (use this as a warm up)
- barbell shoulder press 3x12
- plated side raises 3x10
- plate OHP SS banded shoulder press 3x10
- banded bent over high rows SS plate rear flies 3x10
Abs: weighted Russian twists SS weighted sit ups 3x15

WORKOUT TODAY: I LOVE circuits/supersets/pyramid training that’s high volume and minimal rest. Today I took a 15, 10, and 5lb dumbbell. Did reps of 12-15-20 for 4 sets. 30 second rest. At the end of each set I did “around the worlds” which burned the shoulders even more. #getupandGo #wearecrush #Crushfit #WORKOUT #fitness #motivation #health
